Prana Recovery Centers participants practice activities and exercises that create sustainable skills for staying clean and sober through the ups & downs of life. Recovery: The 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous have been aiding in relapse prevention since the early 1930s. The 6 Pillars of Wellness form the foundation of the PRC Relapse Prevention Program Each participant, at the end of his or her treatment, will have learned and developed habits of mind and practice in: Mindfulness Science of Happiness 12 steps AA Yoga Exercise Nutrition These 6 pillars are learned, experienced, & lived at the discretion of the participant. Being a part of the greater good, being of maximum meaningful service to others, and having immense social capital meaningful connection with others are woven through the six pillars of wellness and ultimately are the testament of the PRC way of life.
