Mattapoisetts deepwater harbor and easy access to Buzzards Bay and the Elizabeth Islands offers renowned sailing, fishing and cruising. Overall, the community boasts 625 acres of rolling, forested terrain with 200 acres of open space and 225 acres reserved for 6 residential villages with homes ranging from 2,200 to over 7,000 square feet. The Bay Club is the only residential community in New England certified by Audubon International as a Silver Sanctuary Community, Audubons highest rating, and 92% of the total acreage is green.
