• My name is Joy Askew and I am wife, mother, foodie & wellness capturer. My journey began several years ago as a single mother when I became seriously ill and could not work. I went to numerous doctors and specialists who could not figure out what was wrong with me. Many times I was told since they couldnt find anything it must all be in my head. Since then I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Celiac Disease and Lymes Disease. My doctors put me on multiple prescription medications but I was given no information or advice on how to live with my diagnosis. I had to capture my own wellness. Through my experiences, it has become my passion to help others living with chronic illness to live an abundant and fulfilling life. Kezia Health and Wellness uses a holistic approach. There are many things such as our diet, our emotions or our habits that can affect our health and wellness. I will share with you tips and information based on my knowledge and experience dealing with chronic illness so you, too, can be a wellness capturer.Kezia is dedicated to helping people Capture Wellness and live abundantly through healthy lifestyle choices including good nutrition.
