• Flock and Rally is a boutique, women-owned integrated communications firm based in Columbia, South Carolina, offering branding, public relations, marketing, advertising, web design, social media and event planning services to clients across the region.Our mission? To rally our community around great ideas, with the goal of strengthening our local economy and drawing attention to the Midlands and to South Carolina as a destination for high quality of life. We use a variety of outreach tactics to accomplish this for our clients, whether their community is a neighborhood or a nation.We specialize in development and execution of large-scale, integrated communications plans; brand launches for new companies and organizations; long-term marketing planning for institutions and nonprofit organizations; event-based marketing for nonprofits in the arts, tech, social services; and more. Some clients just need a short-term social media campaign, a touch of PR, a fabu sponsor thank-you dinner, or a little bit of event promotion, while others require an annual relationship to provide branding, marketing and PR services with social media engagement campaigns, ad buys, event planning and overall project management. We customize our contracts based on each client's needs.Before forming Flock and Rally in 2010, partners Debi Schadel and Tracie Broom each worked independently for over a decade in marketing, event planning, editorial, project management and online content development for clients ranging from the Columbia QuadSquad Rollergirls and real estate mogul Don Tomlin to national brands like Toyota, Hilton, and Spa Magazine.
