Soulcycle Inc.

Description

• SoulCycle was built on disruption and innovation. In 2006, we had a vision to create an inspiring workout that's as efficient as it is joyful - an experience that would begin to transform our riders relationship with exercise. The experience is tribal. It's primal. It's fun. Our one of a kind, rockstar instructors guide riders through an inspirational, meditative fitness experience thats designed to benefit the body, mind and soul. Set in a dark candlelit room to high-energy music, our riders move in unison as a pack to the beat and follow the signature choreography of our instructors. We call it a cardio party. But the party doesnt stop there. SoulCycle is so much more than a 45-minute indoor cycling workout were a lifestyle brand that creates physical, mental and emotional breakthroughs for the thousands of riders who clip into our bikes in studios every day. We are in the business of personal transformation. As our fast-growing company evolves and expands, we remain as committed to nurturing the health and happiness of each employee as we are to each rider. We are a community that lifts each other up, on and off the bike. We are a workout to some, a community to most and a safe harbor for all. From our studios to headquarters we embrace a collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging place to work. And its vital to our success to continue to take risks and think big. It's what our riders have come to expect from us and it's what they fell in love with when we launched. That takes tons of hustle, creativity, and boldness.Thats why our team members push themselves to explore and to evolve to lead the pack. SoulCycles continued success begins with each employee: their voice, their coaching, their creativity, their smart solutions, their energy, their power. Soul to the people.
