• Hunger Impact Partners is a backbone organization that supports a breakthrough, statewide network of community-based initiatives and partners, all of which have a common agenda: End child hunger. As a driving force for collective impact, Hunger Impact Partners is coalescing the best and brightest minds across our stare and marshaling Minnesotas philanthropic generosity for new and sustainable impact in the fight against child hunger. The organization began in 2015 by examining the programs available to food insecure children and their families. Leaning on prior experience, we synthesized relevant statewide data to pinpoint geographic areas that could benefit from nutrition program enrollment and utilization. We understand the importance of sustainability and the channels available to reach those most in need. Armed with in-depth knowledge, strong cross-sector partnerships and nutrition program expertise, we customize community solutions that activate federal nutrition food programs. Together, our outcomes will deliver systemic, sustainable changes in how well we feed our children. They will fulfill their potential as a result. And ultimately, Minnesota will lead the nation in solving food insecurity for our kids.
