• Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture, Ltd. was established in 1997 in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, approximately 1 hour north of Hong Kong. We occupy over 215,000 square feet of manufacturing space and employ approximately 500 personnel along with state of the art equipment on which to manufacture your products. We have a dedicated staff of engineers to manage your projects from inception to finished product. Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture Ltd is represented in the United States by Ocean Metal Products, located in Towaco, NJ. We have sales engineers and representatives who are available to assist you in designing your springs, wire forms or stampings to meet your product requirements. In most cases, we can provide pricing in less than ten working days and can offer the product ex-works (EXW), FOB China, delivered to your door (DDP) or any other standard Incoterm you may require. Springs and Wire Forms Wire diameters from 0.004 0.315 (0.1mm 8.0mm) We have over 110 spring and wire forming machines and can manufacture all types of springs, including compression, torsion, extension, clock and power springs. We also provide in house grinding, plating, heat treating, assembly and packaging. Metal Stampings: Material thicknesses from 0.002 0.200 (0.5mm 5.0 mm) We have over 60 metal stamping machines from 25 to 200 tons. We build and maintain our own single stage and progressive tooling in house. We also provide heat treating, plating, painting, powder coating, as well as sub assembly or finished goods assembly in house or through our thoroughly screened sub-contractors. Component & Assembly Design and Development: Design and develop you part or assembly from an idea to a completed product. We can also help your company redesign your current parts or assemblies to reduce complexity, component count and cost using SolidWords® and AutoCad® software. We use SPC, CPK, GR&R, FMEA, PPAP and other quality control tools in our quality plan.
