• QBD Strategies was founded to assist early-stage life science companies with validation strategies for drug development. Early-stage validation activities provide the foundation for moving a product through the development pipeline, yet these activities are difficult for small companies to perform. Constraints include strict timelines and budgets, and scientists need to dedicate themselves to getting the work done.
