In 2014, the company decided to diversify by acquiring assets in other sectors. Our first asset acquisition was of GV Investment and Management company. The services provided by this firm included hotel management services, finance and accounting, asset management and receivership services. In 2015, the company introduced integrated solution services to assist oil and gas drilling contractors amidst downward trend in the industry. Our goal is to provide best in class drilling services to exploration and production companies and collaborate with them to accomplish the lowest cost of the barrel produced.
