• Loyalty Membership Procedures:A.IHM will collaborate with you and your management team on the design and production of a Loyalty Membership package. You will have the final approval of all benefits, scripting and collateral materials. B.The one-year Loyalty Membership will be marketed with 5-10 professional sales representatives. IHM will conduct all of the hiring, training, administrating, management and fulfillment for an estimated 8-12 week sales campaign. We will also provide resort staff orientations.C.More than twenty-thousand one-on-one professional contacts will be made on your behalf to business owners and upper management personnel. Major resort awareness advertising is achieved, questions answered, memberships sold, and many sales leads generated, which will be turned over to you on a daily basis.D.All membership sales campaign expenses (i.e. membership materials, labor and phone charges) will be paid by IHM from the 8-12 week memberships sales revenues. E.IHM will staff and support a toll-free membership customer service number throughout the duration of the membership period.IHM has generated, for each of our Client Hotels and Resorts, 1,000-3,000 memberships with over $10,000 -$100,000 in profits retained by the resorts and hotels from just the membership sales. Product awareness advertising by the many one-on-one contacts will develop significantly more new clients and repeat clientele for your property.Adding 5-10 sales representatives to your marketing efforts will generate profitable rooms, banquets, catering and conference leads.
