    Description

    • Career Collaborative ends working-class poverty by helping adults get and succeed at life-changing jobs, making Massachusetts and its families stronger.We help low-income people get and succeed at full-time, permanent jobs. The process starts with a free one-month job-readiness/job-search workshop during which we help job candidates prepare résumés and practice interviewing skills. After the workshop, we provide group and individual job search help. Once a candidate is hired, we stay in close contact for at least two years, providing mentoring to help her/him stay employed and make career progress.
