After two years of exclusively representing builders and new home communities, the Marchant Company entered the general real estate and property management business. Beginning with one client, two employees and an in-home office, the Marchant Company has grown to twenty-four agents with two office locations in the Upstate. The Marchant Company continues to grow and add talent, providing the highest quality service possible. Celebrating 20 Years of HistoryOver its twenty year history, the Marchant Company has received recognition for its growth and excellent service. Accomplishments include:- Named exclusive marketing company for Montebello luxury subdivision in 1997- Formed Marchant Property Management, LLC in 2009 to provide tenants, homeowners and investors across the upstate a variety of property management services- Seabrook Marchant, the Marchant Company founder, was named Realtor Emeritus status in 2009 by the National Association of Realtors, a title that recognizes his 40+ years of work as a Realtor- Gordon D. Seay was elected for President of SCRA for 2012 term
