Delivering quality home care services each day to over 3,000 New Yorkers.Progressive's mission is to provide cost effective home health aide, personal care aide, companion and nursing services of the highest quality, with services provided by individuals committed to a culture and environment which supports self-actualization and cooperative productive enterprise. our operation is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for highly motivated and qualified individuals to become a part of our team. We are certified by the New York state department of health to conduct home health aide/personal care aide training programs, including Spanish-bilingual training and Chinese-bilingual. Progressive takes pride in hiring, training and developing a diverse workforce, representative of the community and the clients we serve. We employ bilingual aides fluent in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, creole, and we are currently developing our capacity to provide Russian-speaking caregivers.We stand by our commitment to patient/client rights, as well as educating and sharing with the community.
