(Tierra Group) was formed in January 2012 by Matt Fuller, CPG and Pete Kowalewski, P.E. to create a small, client-focused group of professionals primarily offering civil, geotechnical, and water resources engineering consulting services to the mining industry. Matt and Pete combined bring over 45 years of experience providing services to the natural resources and mining industries.Tierra Group International, Ltd.s (Tierra Group) founding principle is to earn our clients professional respect and friendship by providing practical consulting advice and innovative engineering design expertise.
