• In 1988, Kevin and Keith Johnson embarked on a journey to the far corners of planet Earth collecting and designing hats that made everybody laugh. In 1993, elope (Everybodys Laughing on Planet Earth) was formed. Today, elope offers our customers a large variety of fun accessories from head to toe! elope has always been on the cutting edge of design and innovation with our products, but we dont stop there. We carry our innovation over to our people. We foster an environment that brings out the best in everyone on our team. Our team members enjoy flexible work schedules, profit sharing, a family-oriented work environment (including our annual Easter egg hunt and Halloween bash), and a true love for what we do! We are dedicated to fair trade and conducting business in a socially responsible manner. We have developed an exclusive partnership with our manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China. In 2001 we built a new factory complete with on-site dormitories and a cafeteria that serves a variety of different dishes at each meal.
