• Whowontpay.com was created by people who have experienced Good Business Relationships... and some Not-so Good Business Relationships. When we've had a good experience we tend to say' I wish there were more people like you. When we've experienced that difficult client however the statement then becomes' I wish I knew then what I know now!... I think you get the idea. It's a little like searching a support forum on-line when attempting to install that new wireless router in your home; seeking a review about a restaurant your thinking of trying out; or going to a movie and finding out what others who have seen it think. Up until the creation of Whowontpay.com there has not been a forum for the free-lance professional, the contractor, the landlord, the musician, the accountant, the athlete, and small business to share what they think you should know about their client/customer experience. Not that long ago a respected flooring contractor shared his experience with us regarding a project with a commercial customer. The flooring contractor did not receive the payment due upon successful completion of the contract. Ditto for the electrical contractor who's contract with the customer was twice the value of the flooring contractor's. Ditto for the plumbing contractor. Makes you think about all the other business's involved with this customer: the landlord; the painter; the mechanical contractor; the graphic designer; the CPA; and on, and on , and on. That's why Whowontpay.com was created. It's for the Independent Contractor. It's for the Graphic Designer. It's for the Band that get's stiffed by the bar owner. It's for the outstanding services a small business provides in good faith... only to get screwed by a selfish client. Because in the world we live in knowing the I wish there were more people like you from the I wish I knew then what I know now can make ALL the difference in the world!
