- Leadership Mission International exists to educate, train, and develop the next generation of ethical leaders in developing countries throughout the world. The primary focus of the organization is our first big project - The Leadership Center - located in central Honduras. The Leadership Center provides full scholarships to young women who have graduated from high school, but whose families cannot afford to send them to a university. They study at The Leadership Center for three years, focusing on ethical leadership, community development, and entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Leadership Mission International helps them return to their communities as business owners. It is through successful business development that our graduates provide ethical, long-term, and sustainable solutions to many of the issues their communities face. Leadership Mission International plans to reproduce the success we've had in Honduras in other countries within the next few years.
