• Forged Components Inc. FCI is a global leader in the forging, machining and manufacturing of integral self-reinforced connections for ASME pressure vessels, butt weld stub end connections , studding outlets and ASME B.16 Series A&B large diameter flanges and blinds. In addition to pressure vessel connections, FCI produces forgings for the energy, petrochemical, refinery, power generation and the oil & gas exploration and production industries. FCI currently operates from over 100,000 sq.ft. under one roof, on 19 acres, at its corporate office in Humble, Texas. Other locations include 19 acres in the Navasota, Texas heavy forge and machining facility, 3 acres in the Porter, Texas small forging facility, and 5 acres at the CNC machining facility located in Houston, Texas. The forging and machining facilities are equipped with a 300 ton California Ring Roll, 350 ton, 1750 ton and 2500 ton opendie hydraulic forge presses with a wide range of machine tools including CNC lathes and manual VTLs, milling machines, drills, saws, and heat treating furnaces. FCI is capable of producing open die and semi closed die forged shapes that weigh from 5 to 35,000 lbs. In addition to an extensive finished and semi-finished product inventory, FCI maintains a large inventory of bar , billet , and ingot materials in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel in certifiable ASME, API and ANSI material grades to service our customers special orders without delay. Forged Components Inc. throughout the last 15 years has invested and re-invested in forging and machining equipment to expand its production capacity to stay a step ahead of our customer's needs.
