(Techno), a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) founded in 2001, provides engineering, construction management (CM) and resident engineering inspection (REI) services for clients that include the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC), the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), and the City of Newark, NJ, among numerous others.
