- Prism Plastics Products, Inc., is a U.S. manufacturer of Custom Plastic Injection Molded parts & assemblies. We are a 20,000 sq.ft facility and expanding, with an ISO 14644-1 Class 8, Class 100,000 Cleanroom, which exceeds current ISO Requirements at > 0.5micron in operation mode. We have 14 presses ranging from 18 to 385 tons with shot sizes from 0.2oz to 38oz, with larger tonnage presses in our capital outlay planning. We are a full turn-key, value added shop, from Engineering, On and Offshore Tooling (variety of options including: Dedicated, Mud, Aluminum, P-20, Hardened Steel, Multi-Cavity, to achieve desired cost/lifespan requirements), with Full Program Management, Value Added Assembly (including but not limited to: Overmolding, Ultrasonic Welding/Staking/Inserting, Pad/Screen Printing, Foil/Hot Stamping, Decorative Plating & Film Dipping, Product Assembly), Warehousing/JIT programs to get your product completed to specification, on-time and competitively priced.
