This knowledge coupled with KSIs ability to perform in depth Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) provides the design team and owner the information they need to evaluate and select the correct system for their budget. KSI utilizes software with the large LCCA database that can greatly reduce the time and cost of performing the LCCA / CBA study. KSI has personnel that are active members of the USGBC and have thorough knowledge of the LEED rating system and which products or systems can contribute to the LEED certification.
