• canBalance Wellness Studio is a wellness cooperative of practitioners offering complimentary & alternative health services with an active studio specializing in small group classes for yoga, stretch, Feldenkrais®, barre, Yamuna® Body Rolling & Pilates. Yoga classes are available 7 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings. No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a monthly Yoga in the Park event weather permitting. Fourteen instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, barre, as well as a classical mat Pilates, Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®, Medicine Dance, & Yamuna® Body Rolling. We also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops throughout the year.Our service practitioners include: three massage therapists, one acupuncturist, an esthetician, a reflexologist, and two life coaches.Body & Skin Services are located on the first floor & are wheelchair accessible. Movement Classes & Private Fitness Sessions are located up a single flight of stairs inside the building unless otherwise noted.
