• KSTC is a member owned, outdoor seasonal recreation facility located in a beautiful wooded setting on Kent's East Hill. The public is invited to join us for swimming and tennis lessons or through exclusive rental of the entire complex.Membership at KSTC is currently at 259 families, the club has one membership available for sale as allowed per our Bylaws. Annually there are approximately 25-30 families that sell their memberships due to relocation, grown children, etc. Please check our website bulletin board to see if any memberships have become available for sale and to place your name on the prospective buyer's list. Members interested in selling will contact you directly by accessing your name from this list . Names are purged from the waiting list at the end of each year. As with any purchase, it is wise to contact the Membership Chair to confirm that the member is in good standing before completing the transaction.
