• Our mission is to build facilities that make it possible for global health organizations, in partnership with the public sector, to deliver quality, free or substantially subsidized health care to those who need it most. Our priority is to serve the poorest among us. Our design-build-equip approach is based on blending modern design and systems with techniques that are appropriate to resource-constrained environments and are tailored to each project's location. The results are facilities that raise the standard of healthcare but are affordable and sustainable. Among our major completed projects are University Hospital in Mirebalais (HUM), Haiti, built in collaboration with Partners in Health. HUM is unprecedented for the island-nation, serving 185,000+ citizens and functioning as a teaching hospital for Haitian nurses, medical students, and resident-physicians. We have also completed the Maternal & Neonatal Health Center at St. Boniface Hospital in Fond-des-Blancs, in partnership with the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation. We are now finishing a surgical center for the hospital. Also near completion in Mirebalais is Haiti's first public pathology lab and the Caribbeans first permanent Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL-3) lab for highly infectious diseases. Currently, we have 12 major projects underway in Haiti, Liberia, Malawi, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone.
