• Minds-in-Motion is a unique blend of gymnastics, balance exercises, and applied technology, all focused on strengthening the brains ability to process and organize information efficiently, then quantifying the changes that we effect using data. Our protocols are a blend of developmental gymnastics, balance exercises, and complex movements.We developed a rotating set of protocols for teachers called the MAZE, which they run twice a day in their classrooms. We run professional development programs a few times a year for a nominal fee and then encourage teachers we train to spread Minds-in-Motion throughout their school systems. By our last estimate, there are 40,000+ children doing the MAZE curriculum on a daily basis in their schools.Our two centers take a more cutting edge approach, applying technology, complex gymnastics, and much more intensity to the protocols. We can do this since the students are coming to us for two hours after school (typically three days a week). This allows us to achieve results as quickly as possible, and to gather before and after data points that help inform and evolve our approach.
