It is a unique collaboration between the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio Business Roundtable, and the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.BRIGHT is a bold and innovative effort to disrupt the erosion of quality education in its public schools by finding committed, proven leaders to head schools across the state.It is well documented that high performing, successful schools start with exceptional principals, who then hire and develop exceptional teachers who motivate students to achieve to their true potential.
