    • The owners of Tartan Apparel are David and Debbie Sloan of Germantown, Tennessee. The Sloans founded the company in 2013. The logo for the company stems from the family tartan of Ireland. Tartan Apparel is a retail brand and online store that sells unique t-shirts both online and now in area stores. Tartan Apparel creates and owns all designs sold. We also print all designs in the United States. In addition to many years of design experience, Debbie, earned a degree in biology so many of the designs include nature themes. David handles the business and communication facets of the business. The Sloans started Tartan Apparel out of their love for outdoor activities at the beach, the ocean, the river, forest, golf course or just hanging out in the back yard. We design the tees to be comfortable and worn for all fun activities. Since David is an avid golfer, the company plans to expand to include golf shirts in early 2018.
