Agon Management Group Inc

Description

• Agon Management Group (McLean, VA) is one of the fastest growing outsourced sales and marketing firms in the DC metro area. Established in the late summer of 2014, Agon Management Group works with Fortune 500 clients in a variety of service-based industries in the North American market. Our high-profile clients typically do their own in-house advertising; however, the usual methods of reaching customers have become progressively less effective in the last decade. This is precisely why larger corporations outsource their customer outreach to Agon Management Group, a firm that specializes in developing and executing direct marketing strategies. Rather than continuing to flood the market with easily-ignored advertising, our marketing campaigns are based upon a relationship-building approach. Our team members personally meet with our clients' customers in order to nurture long lasting customer relationships and ensure brand loyalty. In addition to our sales and marketing services, Agon Management Group is best known for its management training program. Participants not only have the opportunity to develop career-long relationships with our Fortune 500 clients, but also receive thorough training in all essential aspects of business management. At Agon Management Group we have eschewed the typical corporate ladder, and chosen to implement a truly merit-based advancement structure. Our management training program offers a fast-track option to move into an executive level role, in which all participants both enter and play on a leveled playing field. Each trainee begins his or her training at the entry level, and has the opportunity to earn promotions based on his or her ability to demonstrate mastery of the role's requirements. Talk about motivation! We are an energetic group of people with huge goals, and we love what we do.Visit our website to learn more!Connect with Agon Management Group on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/agonmanagementgroup/
