• INTAX was established in 1993 by Terry L. Atkinson, CPA, CMI. Headquartered in Lexington, KY, INTAX employs a seasoned team of property tax professionals who represent a diverse clientele nationwide. One of our major strengths is the longevity of our tax professionals with virtually nonexistent turnover. INTAX files nearly 5,500 property tax returns for clients throughout the 50 states and 6 provinces in Canada. INTAX also handles appeals, plant tours, audits, accruals and information requests from assessors. In addition to our compliance activities, we have a substantial property tax consulting practice. Our appeal activities range from small land increases for retail sites to large complex appeals dealing with multimillion dollar equipment.
