Our home health services are designed to help keep patients in their homes. Our experienced staff makes our treatment approach a great alternative to hospitalization or rehabilitative facilities. Home health patients maintain healthier lifestyles and independence, thus decreasing the need for emergency room visits and hospital admissions. Superior Care Plus offers services throughout Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Warren, and Brown counties in Ohio. Services such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are offered as well as home health aides for personal care, medical social workers, and dietitians. Our skilled staff has many years of home health experience and set goals to minimize complications, improve dietary compliance, increase physical exercise, and manage stress.
