- Throughout ICU's history, we have applied a team-based, service-oriented approach to EHS assignments. Our diverse experience includes projects in chemical plants, research facilities, offshore platforms, refineries and petrochemical facilities, municipal and governmental facilities, schools and universities, manufacturing industries, construction, news media, sports facilities, and healthcare settings. Projects that ICU manages include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:Placement of EH&S personnel at client locations (i.e. Chevron E&P, KBR, Baker Hughes, Goodman Manufacturing, and Shell) to provide EH&S support servicesRegulatory compliance program developmentSafety Inspections/ HSE AuditsIndustrial Hygiene ServicesAsbestos and lead project managementHSE Training Development and DeliveryEnvironmental assessmentsHazardous material remediationProviding contract safety and health personnel for turnaround/shutdown supportWorkplace exposure assessments ICU has experience in managing projects from $5 MM (Army Corp of Engineers) to $35 MM (FEMA) which required rapid ramping up and deployment of staff, establishing business systems to qualify, train and manage staff and establishing the infrastructure (such as provision of software management systems, offices, and equipment) necessary to ensure timely completion of the projects.
