Both similarly sized firms are natives to Seattle with local, regional, and national success in a diverse range of project types, SCMAs evolution began with Jean Fraley in 1967, adding current managing partners Peter Stricker, part of the organization since 1986, Robin Murphy since 1991 and Brett Cato since 1994. The three current principals continued to build the firms diverse project types, consisting of a wide spectrum of commercial, entertainment, retail, telecommunications, senior and multifamily housing, and institutional projects. SCMA still serves clients who have been with them since the beginning, over 45 years ago.
