- Equita Final Expense Services (EFES) is an Independent Marketing Organization specializing in the final expense marketplace. EFES is part of a larger insurance operation that has been offering life insurance, annuities and services since 1986. The home office is located in Richardson, TX and serves markets throughout the US. EFES offers our agents a broad spectrum of products that are designed to meet the diverse needs of its client base. However, the primary focus of our operations is the Final Expense arena. We contract with a variety of superior insurance carriers in order to provide a wide range of products and service options. We are therefore able to tailor plans to individual customers with affordable rates and specific benefit provisions. We offer an in-house service organization that assists the agent with customer service and application-processing. Agents also have access to thousands of hours of online audio and video training providing end-to-end strategies to facilitate the agents journey through the final expense experience. EFES is an agent-focused organization. Our agents are entrepreneurial by nature and desire the freedom that comes from building their own business. To assist them in this process, we provide effective sales tools that aid in their success. For that reason, we have a comprehensive, direct-marketing lead generation system.
