A medical social worker and other team members can assist with practical life matters and in obtaining community resources. TrueVine Hospice is physician ordered range of services for people faced with terminal illness and end of life planning. We care for the patient and their families with comfort, emotional and spiritual support, pain management, social and volunteer services.
