From her experience, she knew it is possible for any business owner today to have greater control over her time. She connected her with her friend Ruby, who despite having a BA degree, was constrained by her family's traditional views of women's work. She thought if Ruby contributed to her family's survival, shed find her voice. With a little training on cloud services, video conference calling, and scanning, Raj becomes Sara's first virtual employee. What started out as a genuine attempt to help two friends, turned in a successful business. Beyond Outsourcing now connects many business owners like Sara with virtual employees like Raj.
