- Revamped the organizational structure of the Follow-up Committee, NLCs ministry acknowledging visitors and new members, via letter, who attended or joined NLC, respectively. Increased the retention of NLCs new members by complimenting the letter with a personal welcome phone call to each new member. Assisted with the elimination of end-of-the year members/visitors contribution statement errors by replacing data entry volunteers with a paid staff position. Reduced administrative burdens by upgrading existing technology used to retain membership information. Created NLCs Follow-up Information Resource Ministry, the F.I.R.M. and a volunteer Call/FAQ Center. Recruited, interviewed and selected volunteers and assistant Shadows: to supervise the F.I.R.M staff. Designed orientation training manual and all external mailing materials used by the F.I.R.M.: brochures, letters & postcards and maintained monthly volunteer schedule.
