As the third largest physical therapy association in the world, the California Physical Therapy Association is the only voice for the physical therapy profession in the state of California. The Mission of the California Physical Therapy Association is to: Educate the people in California about the attributes, benefits, and value of physical therapy; Meet the physical therapy needs of the people of the State of California through the development and improvement of physical therapy education, practice and research; Identify and meet the needs of the CPTA members through coordinated action, communications and fellowship.
