He has a Master of Business Administration degree from West Virginia University and over 28 years of experience. Co-owner, Michele Ours Maiden, joined the family business after serving 23 years in management with Pfizer, one of the worlds premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland.
