• The Verdex Story Our President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse. Along the way, he learned what worked and what didnt. He took those collective experiences, listened to industry associates, weaved in his own beliefs, and created Verdex's best practices as the foundation for Verdexs philosophies, processes and procedures.
