• James Posey Associates is a mechanical and electrical engineering firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Since engineer James Posey started his practice in 1911, our office has grown to employ more than sixty engineers, designers, technicians, and administrative staff. Today, we provide mechanical and electrical engineering services to architects and building owners throughout the eastern United States. Our focus is MEP infrastructure and building systems for program-driven facilities in the public and institutional sectors for education, government, healthcare, medical research, historic preservation, and the arts.
