• The Yield Lab is accelerator program that invests in and mentors early stage Agriculture Technology companies. The Yield Lab St. Louis invests $100k in each of four to eight companies per year. Each yearly group of portfolio companies forms a cohort. This cohort last nine months, during which the companies participate in a specially designed AgTech curriculum in St. Louis, Missouri. Recently, we've launched a new accelerator program in Galway, Ireland. The Yield Lab Galway invests 100k in each portfolio company. The Galway cohort lasts six months, during which the companies participate in specially designed AgTech curriculum in Galway. The companies also participate in several days of programming in St. Louis so that they can access new markets and additional sources of capital in the Midwestern US. The Yield Lab is managed by successful Ag Industry executives who bring deep domain expertise to the development of the participating companies. Additionally, participating companies benefit from the involvement of regional Ag corporations, research institutions, and university programs.The Yield Lab St. Louis 2017 Application is open now through October 16.
