    • DESTIHL® was founded on the promise of supporting flavor and boycotting bland. We're an independent, production brewery that was established in 2013 in Bloomington, Illinois to brew beyond the confines of typical beers. Our team combines centuries-old global brewing traditions and new American craft brewing ingenuity & artisanship to produce a wide array of beers for every palate. We brew more styles of beer because we have a passion for brewing and because you have a passion for unique, craft beers. The result is a diverse offering of intensely flavorful beers that are anything but bland, from our award-winning WiLD SOUR Series, barrel-aged Saint Dekkera® Reserve Sour Ales and Dosvidanya® Russian Imperial Stout, to our many Belgian-style beers, IPA's, other wood-aged beers, classic styles and exciting seasonals. DESTIHL has become a brand, but we have not strayed from our roots. We take pride in our values and will continue to grow and support our local community. We promise to deliver on these uncompromising beliefs. DESTIHL opened its first gastrobrewpub (DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works) in Normal, Illinois, in November 2007 and added its second gastrobrewpub in downtown Champaign, Illinois, in April 2011, where the company focuses on both artisan food and beers. The brewery currently distributes its beers in Illinois, Arizona, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Louisiana, Ohio, Florida, Minnesota, Washington State, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Nebraska. Our growth brings excitement as well as a need for skilled individuals to help us grow. So, to keep up with production, we are now seeking to hire experienced brewers, shift brewers, assistant brewers, cellar and packaging staff. To us, this is not just a jobit is our passion, our dream job and our way of life.
