• North County Incorporated, founded in 1977 is a regional development organization, which acts as a catalyst to define and advocate economic and community development for North St. Louis County.NCI is a 35-year-old organization that markets North St. Louis County as a truly great place to live, work, shop, worship, and learn. NCI actively works to enhance the residential and business climate, as well as attract new home owners and businesses to our area. Business, civic, and community leaders make up our Board of Directors and membership. We work on quality-of-life issues impacting the businesses and residents in the North County area.
