• Providing next-generation web-based communication solutions to the federal, state, local and provincial governments as well as the commercial sector. We are an Application Service Provider (ASP) specializing in custom web-based applications. Recommendations:Prior to ElectronicSchoolBoard I spent six days each month typing our agenda of 50 pages, editing board reports from our Cabinet, and working an additional 20 hours a month from home. We were trained in April 2008, we began using ElectronicSchoolBoard to prepare the May agenda. Now the preparation of the agenda begins five days before it is electronically sent to the Board. The only typing I do is board items that the Superintendent puts on the agenda herself. On her behalf, I can manage board items which need attention. I am doing this while I am speaking to Board Members and doing other work. Before ElectronicSchoolBoard, I would work on the agenda only.This application cuts down at least 2/3 of my preparation time. The Superintendent likes the uniformity of each board item. In addition to always having any agenda and meeting at my fingertips, I am constantly using the search engine and minutes library in daily research.
