At ACK you can always test drive new equipment before you buy - in fact, we suggest first time boaters do this!ACK is successful because of our unwavering customer service and dedication and love of the exploration of the outdoors. Our only goal is to be your first and finest source and resource for canoeing and kayaking.ACK is owned by brother's Peter and Steve. We purchased Austin Canoe & Kayak in May 2005 and have since expanded to San Marcos, Houston, Spring Texas, San Antonio and of course, the Internet. Having started with just 20 models and 100 accessories we have expanded to over 1,500 accessories (as I type this) and over 100 models.What we have not lost focus on is the customer. We believe in customer service and would like every customer to be treated how we would want to be treated. We promise the best possible service.
