• Supplemental Sourcing is a support company helping businesses plan and purchase Information Technology (IT). Services are based on our four phase process of 1. Planning, 2. Request For Proposal, 3. Negotiate 4. Contract. We provide flexible and timely support where, when and how customers need it. We can fully manage a large, complex purchase, (4 phases or more) or we can assist with just one of the phases. Single steps of phases may also be completed, such as writing or simply reviewing a Request For Proposal. (see Services) Supplemental Sourcing does not, and will not sell any Information Technology. We are a partner, advisor and objective third party to the IT planning and purchasing process. We are also an auditor and an extra set of eyes for compliance, security, fairness and quality control.
