Nano-molding capabilities include insert molding and over molding luers, and working with thermosets, thermoplastics and bioabsorbable polymer materials. Molding of parts weighing less than one gram and the ability to measure just 0.10 mm is our specialty.Our manufacturing takes place in one of our four ISO 13485 Class 7 clean rooms providing full turnkey service to our customers.With four facilities nationwide, we are dedicated to fully servicing your device development and contract manufacturing requirements in a concise, proactive manner.
