- Gekay is a family owned business founded by George Katz. George's business philosophy was simple, Take Care of the Customer. This is the guiding principle on which we function. We are proud to say we have, and continue to, take care of: The Soft Drink Industry Full Line Vending & Amusement Operators The United States Military Worldwide United States Government Entities Equipment Manufacturers The Laundry Industry The Car Wash Industry The Transit Industry Financial Service Providers State Lottery Operators Gekay is a leading repair service for unattended payment systems and control boards in the vending and amusement industry. We also refurbish fountain equipment. Currently our fountain team is focused in 4 areas: Barguns, carbonators, valves and cold plates. All of our repairs are done by factory trained technicians, and every piece of equipment undergoes rigorous quality control testing before leaving the building. We offer quick turnaround and return equipment in like new condition. Other areas of our business include: Fountain equipment installs, Refrigeration refurbishment and coffee equipment restoration, just to name a few. Gekay was founded on the principals of honest business and transparency. Our company provides customers with a range of data that allows them to see exactly where their money is being spent. We never hide fees, and we deliver products that we are proud of. Although George is no longer with us his many years of preaching and practicing his philosophy has assured that the Take Care of the Customer approach is ingrained in the culture at Gekay. As we offer new services and take on new lines we continue to be guided by GK's philosophy.
