• For over 50 years, we have been providing academically challenging, Biblically-infused curriculum to Pre-K through 12th grade students on a 25-acre campus in scenic Sarasota, Florida. The mission of Sarasota Christian School is to honor God by developing academic abilities and broadening educational experiences while deepening Christian faith through partnership with the home, the church, and the community.We are fully-accredited to ensure that academic standards and curriculum are up-to-date and among the best. Classroom concepts are connected from Pre-K through 12th grade through curriculum mapping, which exceeds Florida State standards. Our on-site dual enrollment program offers high school students the opportunity to earn up to 30 college credit hours while keeping them in small classes and a Christian environment. All students participate in regular classroom devotions, small group meetings, and/or daily chapels. SCS students enjoy small class sizes and individual attention from accomplished and attentive Christian faculty, 60% of which have a masters or doctorate degree. Sarasota Christian School is a nurturing environment where students receive outstanding, well-rounded academic instruction in a Christian environment and are encouraged to deepen their faith through broad educational experiences.
