• Yes Lord' Ministries was birthed in the heart of Apostle Willie C. Tolbert, Jr. in 1994. Apostle Tolbert is an anointed man of God who moves & operates under the direction of the Holy Ghost. The Lord impressed upon Apostle Tolbert to begin a church that would prepare and mature believers to fulfill their God given assignments. For this, Apostle Tolbert submitted to the will of God & said Yes to the Lord & thus was birthed the ministry: Yes Lord Ministries.
